Helplines Network NI was established in 2013 in collaboration between the Public Health Agency (PHA) and locally-based helplines to promote effectiveness, efficiency and a forum to share good practice and encourage partnership working. 

Helplines Network NI currently includes 30 member organisations delivering over 30 helplines that provide a variety of vital support services including information, advice, counselling, a listening ear and befriending.

Personal and Public Involvement (PPI) and its impact – Monitoring, measuring and evaluating the impact of PPI in Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland details findings from research conducted across Northern Ireland’s five Health and Social Care Trusts which examines the current state of PPI.  The full report details the research findings and recommendations.
