The consultation process in the Public Health Agency

The PHA recognises the importance of appropriate consultation and in carrying out its equality duties consults in a timely, open and inclusive way and in accordance with the Equality Commission’s Guiding principles.

The PHA consults with representative groups and individuals of the Section 75 categories to obtain their views. These diverse views and perspectives are carefully analysed, and any changes resulting from this analysis are reflected in the final document. The final version will be published in the Publications section of this website.
