Survey on Medicine Use Review (MUR) service from Community Pharmacy
Researchers at the School of Pharmacy, Ulster University in partnership with Public Health Agency have developed a questionnaire (online and hard copy) to evaluate patient opinions of a service available from community pharmacy called a Medicine Use Review (MUR).
Please only respond to this questionnaire if you have had a Medicine Use Review with your pharmacist.
This service is available from most pharmacies in Northern Ireland and this evaluation will enable development of the service by exploring the following patient –based objectives
1. Patient Opinions on provision of MUR service within Community pharmacy
2. Factors that influence the decision of the patient to avail of MUR service.
3. Patient satisfaction levels with MUR service provision
4. Patient Understanding of their medicines and management of long-term respiratory and/or diabetic conditions following the MUR
The questionnaire should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. By completing this questionnaire we are assuming that you are consenting to participate in this study, however you are free to leave the survey at any time. Ethical approval has been granted by the School of Biomedical Sciences Ethics Filter Committee at Ulster University.
