PHA draft corporate plan: stakeholder consultation events
During the live 12 week consultation period for the draft Public Health Agency (PHA) Corporate Plan 2025-2030 two in-person stakeholder events will be held to give you the opportunity to collaborate on this important strategy.

This draft Plan sets out the strategic direction for the PHA for the next five years in terms of what we will do and how we will work as an organisation and we would really encourage you to get involved and have your say.
Registration
Registration is essential. Please kindly confirm your attendance by completing the registration form or scanning the QR code below to secure your place at these events.
Please note as numbers are limited the maximum number of attendees per organisation will be two. The closing date for registration will be 12.00pm on Friday 10 January 2025.
NB: You will not be able to register after this date.
Draft PHA Corporate Plan 2025-2030
The draft Corporate Plan, initial draft equality screening, initial draft rural screening and the consultation questionnaire are all available via the PHA Website - Current Consultations section.
The consultation will end on 28 February 2025.
