Privacy information
When you book a test for COVID 19 we will need to collect some information about you in order to be able to conduct the test, communicate the result, and if the test result is positive contact you to give you relevant public health advice and to collect information about your contacts so that we can also communicate with them to inform them about the need to self-isolate to reduce the spread of the virus.

Personal data may be shared with the responsible public health bodies in Wales/Scotland/England/Republic of Ireland (or any other country where relevant) where the person who has tested positive for COVID 19 has visited that country or been in contact with someone who lives in that country during the period when they have been potentially infectious. Only the minimum amount of data necessary will be shared. The information will be used to enable the relevant Health Protection service to make contact and provide the appropriate advice, relevant to the country they live in, to protect the individual and help prevent further spread of the virus.
