TENDER OPPORTUNITY - Provision of Workplace Health and Wellbeing Service
The Public Health Agency (PHA) wishes to tender for the following service. This social care initiative is classified under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") as Social and Other Specific Services and listed in Schedule 3 to the Regulations. As such this Tender for these Services is subject to the provisions of Chapter 3: Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations otherwise known as the "Light Touch Regime".
This Service works with businesses to support employee engagement and inform action to promote and support health and well-being within the workplace in line with WHO Healthy Workplace Model.
The Tender is divided into five separate Lots as described below;
- Lot 1: Belfast HSCT Area
- Lot 2: South Eastern HSCT Area
- Lot 3: Northern HSCT Area
- Lot 4: Southern HSCT Area
- Lot 5: Western HSCT Area
This contract will run for 3 years from the 1 March 2020 to 28 Feb 2023 with a possible further 2 x 12 months extension until 28 Feb 2025.
