Bereaved by Suicide Coordination, Facilitation and Development Project
The Public Health Agency (PHA) wishes to tender for the Bereaved by Suicide Coordination, Facilitation and Development Project
This contract will run for three years, from 1 May 2016 - 30 April 2019 (with the option to extend for two periods of 12 months to 30 April 2021). The PHA intends to appoint one provider to deliver the project.
The total maximum budget for the Contract will be £30,000 per year. If additional funds become available there could potentially be up to 50% added to the contract values on an in year basis.
